PROFESSIONAL CONCIERGE AND PORTER SERVICE offers a Signature "Key-Holding Service" that includes a Daily Site Visit of your property (including your car and boat) to insure against vandalism and/or weather damage. That's Right... We will physically inspect you Property! We maintain your HVAC systems at desired temperatures, water plants, and also provide a full line of Porter Services, including a delivery/utility-waiting service. Sign-up for our Signature "Key Holder Service" and we will develop an Emergency Action Plan in the event of a catastrophic event ( weather-related, fire, water damage, power failure). We will also respond to your property in the event of an emergency. (Severe Weather, Alarm Condition (sprinkler/smoke detector malfunction, power outage, etc.). We will also prepare your residence for you or arriving guests - whether it is Fresh Flowers, Grocery Shopping, Restaurant/Golf Reservations, Car Detailing, as well as Light Maid and Cleaning Services.

Our "Signature Key-Holder Service" that includes Daily/Weekly/Monthly on-site visits of your property, including your boat and automobile. Inspections include a physical walk-through  of the unit and property (home, apartment or condo), inside and outside - Verification that the heating (winter), A/C (summer) systems are operable. Inspect doors and windows for signs of tampering, inspect for insect or vermin infestation, inspect for obvious leaks (hot water tank, toilets, sinks, washing machines), water plants as needed. Daily vehicle Inspection (with a weekly start)

NOTE: All visits are time-stamped using your telephone and our client service database.                                           The call will be logged and time-stamped. Clients will be billed and invoiced monthly. PCPS will include a copy of the time-stamped phone log.

Errand and Pick-up Service - grocery, laundry, video, pharmaceutical, or any
other errand that is reasonable. We also make reservations, and will wait for deliveries
and service appointments.

Maid and General Housekeeping Services

 

Emergency Response - We will be your On-Site Representative that includes a timely response to your property in the event of an impending disaster or on-site emergency.

 

We also offer services that will prepare your residence for your arrival -                                                      fresh  flowers, grocery shopping, restaurant/golf reservations

 

       

Professional Concierge and Porter Service Inc,  will make every effort to be certain that all billing arrangements are acceptable and sensitive to our client's financial situation. Additional service charges may be added for clients living more than 2 miles outside of the Havre de Grace City Limits.
