PROFESSIONAL CONCIERGE AND PORTER SERVICE offers a Signature "Key-Holding Service" that includes a Daily Physical Site Visit of your property (including your car and boat), to insure against vandalism and weather damage. We maintain your HVAC systems at desired temperatures, water plants, and also provide a full line of Porter Services, including a delivery/utility-waiting service. Sign-up for our Signature "Key Holder Service" and we will develop an Emergency Action Plan in the event of a catastrophic event ( weather-related, fire, water damage, power failure). We will also respond to your property in the event of an emergency. (Severe Weather, Alarm Condition (sprinkler/smoke detector malfunction, power outage, etc.). We will also prepare your residence for you or arriving guests - whether it is Fresh Flowers, Grocery Shopping, Restaurant/Golf Reservations, Car Detailing, as well as Light Maid and Cleaning Services.
